The aluminium framework is the ultimate in weatherproof and can be left outside all year round. Plus, the furniture comes with padded cushions included. These cushions are waterproof but we do recommend storing them indoors in heavy downpours and when not in use or of course cover with the FREE COVER you will receive with this set, If there is a shower the rain will bead off of the material

The Vancouver sofa dining set is carefully designed to give you the ultimate outdoor lounging and dining experiences. Table has the nice fixed column base that incorporates the gas bottle inside. The set is equipped with a CE certified propane fire pit table with auto-ignition, which will provide you warmth on those slightly colder evenings without worrying about the messy ashes and conveniently fits into the fixed height table totally concealed, table measures 68cm in Height and 85cm x 145cm, please see dimensions footprint below.
A 11kg propane gas bottle is best to use, the most popular gas bottle to buy so again ease of use paramount. The fire pit is also provided with the crystal stones, which beautifully accents the flames. When the fire pit is not in use, you are able to transform the fire pit into a table top by closing the lid.

Of course with all of our sets you will receive a FREE WINTER COVER, use throughout the winter and also put over the set when not in use to cover cushions etc

Again everything has gone into the design to make this practical yet stylish addition to your outdoor living areas

Remember our aluminium frames are all welded and not just bolted together which leads to a loose connection.
It would just need to be washed down in the Spring to clean all areas, no more than this is required for storage or cleaning. All cushions are fully weatherproof and washable and come with zipped remove able covers.
