We are extremely confident in all of our products having been supplying garden furniture for over 20 years now

All furniture is guaranteed against faulty workmanship and aluminium frames and specifically the welded structure of the furniture for a period of five years from the date of delivery. Wear and tear or damage by neglect or misuse are not covered by warranty.
In addition to the 5-year warranty on the aluminium frames the weave is covered under a 3- year warranty covering cracking, or peeling or if rattan snaps, this is not covered in five year frame/structure warranty, again if weave is damaged by neglect or misuse we can provide spare weave strips to repair yourself.
This warranty  does not include damage to Glass, Waterproof covers, Parasols and Cushions supplied, we always recommend keeping cushions stored inside and do not use parasols when windy to avoid damage. Furniture shipped out of the U.K or used for commercial use is only covered for 1-year
